Welcome to our Custom Order Program! We’re thrilled to help bring your unique vision to life through personalized scents and designs. Here’s an overview of how our program works:
How It Works:
Custom Order 🎉
Create your own unique blend!
🕯️ Choose up to 4 single scents from our scent list or select one of our custom house blends.
💡 Want to tweak a house blend? You can add one scent to make it your own.
📋 Full list of available oils and blends is on our website.
🖊️ Feel free to name your custom blend however you’d like!
🧁 Limit: 4 oils per custom item. If your oil is not available, we will contact you.
✨ Any overpour from your custom blend will be used in one of our other products—no oil goes to waste!
4. Delivery
Once complete, we’ll package your order with care and provide tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.
Program Policies:
Full Payment Requirement: Full upfront payment is required to secure materials and begin production.
Refunds & Revisions: Due to the custom nature of these orders, refunds and major revisions are not available after payment is received. We work with you to finalize all details beforehand to ensure satisfaction.
Shipping & Delivery: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
